Joanne Ledesma, founder of JLE utilizes a practical, down to earth approach with songwriters and buyers, emphasizing a strong sense of obligation to the arts. Ms. Ledesma works side by side with the songwriters, performers and unsigned talent. She  recognizes their strengths in song crafting and at the same time bridges the gap between thier music and business. Ledesma maintains longtime relationships with key industry professionals. Her  efforts and passion for music throughout the past twenty years has resulted in solid relationships between music supervisors, publishers, programmers, manufacturers, venues, booking agents, artists, songwriter associations and performers. Her dedication to the independant artists and the business led her to create JLE in 2007 where she and her staff continue to bridge the gap for the artist and the business through three key elements:
